Our S.A.R. models have earned a strong reputation as particularly durable timepieces. This brought Mühle-Glashütte to the attention of the German Navy's Seebataillon. For the soldiers of this specialized unit, we have developed a tool watch with a useful GMT function. This takes into account the frequent foreign deployments of the Seebataillon.

This year, the robust Mühle watch celebrates its 10th birthday. To mark the occasion, we are surprising watch fans with a blue colour version of the high-quality Mühle rubber strap and a new folding clasp made of titanium. The latter will be fitted as standard to both strap variants of the operational watch from 1 May 2023.

The dial was equipped with double indices and a split triangle marker. This allows the best possible allocation of luminous material and readability.

The Seebataillon GMT was developed for the naval unit of the same name and was designed with the display for a 2nd time zone due to the frequent missions abroad.

UNIQUE ENGRAVINGS
Various engravings make the Seebataillon GMT unmistakable: for example, the automatic rotor is engraved with the emblem of the sea battalion - while the case back is engraved with the coordinates of the headquarters. In addition, battalion watches are given the personnel number of the soldiers.
